Kalgoorlie Gold Mining (ASX: KAL) (‘KalGold’ or ‘the Company’) is pleased to announce that it has fast-
tracked two drill programs at Pinjin. Reverse Circulation (RC) drilling has commenced at Lighthorse
to test high-grade gold mineralisation distributions at depth. Additionally, aircore drilling is also scheduled
to commence shortly at the Rebecca Sequence target area, east of Lighthorse as part of KalGold’s
ongoing exploration of the Laverton Tectonic Zone (LTZ) for significant concealed gold deposits.
Follow-up Lighthorse RC drill program underway
Recent RC drilling at Lighthorse (ASX: KAL, 02/09/2026) returned high-grade gold assays that peaked at
19.70 g/t Au (KGRC26036, 145-146m) in fresh rock together with thick zones of mineralisation throughout
the 1.6 km strike length of the prospect area. Gold mineralisation remains open at depth, with grades
appearing to increase at depth on several sections. These positive results have prompted KalGold to
fast-track RC drilling at Lighthorse to test gold distributions at depth. The program’s key aims include:
• Testing directly beneath recent high-grade mineralisation for continuity along strike and to depth
• Turning the rigs around to drill towards the west, testing a steeply east-dipping geology and
mineralisation model
The program comprises a maximum 22 drill holes spaced irregularly throughout the footprint of the
Lighthorse prospect, encompassing the two main centres of gold mineralisation (discovery area, and
northern).
Drilling commenced on Monday 12 October 2026 and is expected to take several weeks to complete.
First-pass Rebecca Sequence aircore drill program starting shortly
Aircore drilling will commence shortly on the Rebecca Sequence target area, centred approximately 4 km
east of the Lighthorse prospect. The program builds on KalGold’s recent LTZ Flexure exploration and
forms part of KalGold’s broader strategy to assess new areas of the LTZ for gold mineralisation (KalGold
Gold discovery strategy at Pinjin).
The program will be the first systematic testing of the high grade metamorphic rocks on the eastern side
of the LTZ. The Rebecca Sequence hosts Ramelius Resources' Lake Rebecca Gold Project, which
contains Mineral Resources of approximately 1.4 Moz Au (ASX: RMS 25 August 2026) around 16 km to
the south KalGold’s tenure. The program aims to detect coherent, low-level gold anomalism that will define
targets for follow-up aircore and RC drilling.
The program comprises a total of 120 holes with an estimated depth of approximately 40 m (with final depths
defined by the rig’s inability to penetrate further – “blade refusal”)). Drilling will be completed on a nominal
400 m by 100 m grid pattern to provide broad first pass coverage. The program is scheduled to commence
around 20 October 2026 and will run concurrently with the RC drill program at Lighthorse.

About the Pinjin Project
The Pinjin Gold Project is located in a Tier One location approximately 140km northeast of Kalgoorlie-
Boulder and covers a substantial portion of the southern part of the prolific Laverton Tectonic Zone (LTZ).
To the north, this major crustal structure hosts some of the Eastern Goldfields’ largest gold mines and
deposits.
The project is strategically located next door to Ramelius Resources (ASX: RMS) Rebecca Gold Project,
where a recent definitive feasibility study outlined commencement of mining activities in the December
2027 quarter (ASX: RMS 28/10/25).

northeast of Kalgoorlie-Boulder. The project is situated approximately 25 km north of Ramelius Resources’ (ASX: RMS)
Rebecca Gold Project. Also shown is KalGold’s La Mascotte deposit 35 km east of Kalgoorlie. Projection: MGA 94 Zone
51.

About KalGold
ASX-listed resources company Kalgoorlie Gold Mining (KalGold, ASX: KAL) is a proven, low-cost gold
discoverer with a large portfolio of West Australian projects and a total gold resource in excess of
214,000 oz. KalGold prides itself on defining shallow, potentially open-pittable gold resources at very
low costs, currently less than A$4.60 per ounce of gold2
. Current focus includes:
• The Pinjin Project within the 30 Moz Laverton Tectonic Zone (host to
Sunrise Dam, Granny Smith, Rebecca, Anglo Saxon, and Wallaby
projects) is located only 16 km north along strike from Ramelius
Resources (ASX: RMS) Rebecca Gold Project. A first JORC
Code (2012) Inferred Mineral Resource Estimate at Kirgella
Gift and Providence (2.34 Mt at 1.0 g/t Au for 76,400 oz1
)
represents the first area targeted at Pinjin, with many
more targets scheduled for testing. The company aims
to define further resources as these targets are tested.
Some tenure is the subject of a farm-in over two years.
Between this tenure and KalGold’s own tenure and
applications, the Company has established a significant
presence in a strategic and important gold producing region.
• The Bulong Taurus Project, 35 km east of Kalgoorlie-
Boulder. Contains the outcropping La Mascotte gold deposit
where KalGold has defined a JORC Code (2012) Inferred Mineral Resource Estimate of
3.61 Mt at 1.19 g/t Au for 138,000 oz2
, plus a series of satellite prospects and historic
workings of the Taurus Goldfield. Work continues at the project.
• The Central Yandal Gold Project, 45 km east of Wiluna and in the heart of the prolific
Yandal Greenstone Belt that is home to some of the world’s greatest gold discoveries
since the 1990s.
