– A second supergene gold blanket identified in northern Lighthorse, with primary
mineralisation open on most sections and several new targets defined for follow-up.
• Gold mineralisation extended beyond the Kirgella Gift–Providence resource: assays from the
21-hole, 3,702 m RC program returned thick, shear-hosted intercepts outside the current Mineral
Resource Estimate (MRE), including 28 m at 1.15 g/t Au from 20 m (KGRC26008) and, below the
base of the MRE at Providence, 7 m at 1.39 g/t Au from 160 m and 8 m at 1.07 g/t Au from 211 m
(KGRC26018).
• LTZ Flexure aircore program completed: KalGold’s largest single aircore program to date (225
holes for 7,212 m) delivered planned first-pass coverage at about two-thirds of the budgeted cost.
Results received after quarter end define multiple coherent zones of gold-in-regolith anomalism,
including a trend of up to 2 km of strike.
• Heritage Protection Agreement executed with the Kakarra Aboriginal Corporation, covering the
Pinjin and Bulong Taurus gold projects and expected to streamline heritage surveys, drill
clearances and tenement applications.
Corporate
• Placement announced on 14 September 2026, raising approximately $2.3 million (before costs)
with strong support from existing and new investors.
• Fully underwritten 1-for-10 non-renounceable Entitlement Offer at the same price to raise
approximately $1.1 million (before costs) closed on 6 October 2026.
• $2.3 million cash and no debt as at 30 September 2026 (excluding $1.1m (before costs) raised
under the Entitlement Offer)
• Total JORC Code (2012) Inferred Mineral Resource maintained at 214,300 oz of gold.
In his summary of the quarter, KalGold Managing Director Matt Painter said:
“The September quarter was busy with completion of our largest aircore drill program to date,
and an extensive RC drill program at Pinjin. Both campaigns returned strong results.
Lighthorse continues to grow in stature. The latest drilling returned the highest-grade gold yet
seen at the prospect, thick mineralised zones from shallow depths, and a second supergene
blanket in the north. Clusters of gold intercepts over broad widths may represent the periphery
of a larger system, and drilling is already underway to follow up on these findings. At Kirgella
Gift and Providence, the RC results show gold mineralisation extending beyond the limits of

our current resource, including below its base at Providence, which supports a future resource
update.
Executing a comprehensive Heritage Protection Agreement with the Kakarra people was an
important milestone. We thank the Kakarra Aboriginal Corporation for their constructive
engagement.
We head into the December quarter with strong momentum following the completion of a
successful Placement and Entitlement Offer, with aircore drilling of the Rebecca Sequence
and follow-up RC drilling at Lighthorse both underway. Results for both programs will be fast-
tracked with the laboratory and we look forward to updating shareholders as soon as they are
available.”
PINJIN GOLD PROJECT
The Pinjin Gold Project is KalGold's flagship exploration asset. It is located approximately 140 km
northeast of Kalgoorlie-Boulder (Figure 1) and covering a substantial portion of the southern LTZ, a crustal-
scale shear corridor hosting over 30 million ounces of gold mineralisation in world-class operations such
as Sunrise Dam, Granny Smith and Wallaby. KalGold's tenure sits as little as 16 km north of Ramelius
Resources' Rebecca Gold Project in an area covered by a thin layer of transported material.
Figure 1 – Location map of KalGold’s Pinjin Project around 140 km northeast of Kalgoorlie-Boulder. The project is situated
approximately 25 km north of Ramelius Resources’ (ASX: RMS) Rebecca Gold Project. Also shown are KalGold’s JORC
Code (2012) Inferred Mineral Resources, the outcropping La Mascotte deposit 35 km east of Kalgoorlie, and the Kirgella
Gift and Providence deposits from only 3m depth at Pinjin. Projection: MGA 94 Zone 51.
Page 3
QuarterlyOperationsReport,September2026
The project hosts a JORC Code (2012) Inferred Mineral Resource of 2.34 Mt @ 1.0 g/t Au for 76,400 oz
at a 0.5 g/t gold cut-off at the Kirgella Gift and Providence deposits, from only 3 m depth. During the quarter
the Company advanced multiple exploration fronts in parallel, completing an extensive RC program,
bringing forward first-pass aircore drilling at a new greenfields series of conceptual targets, and working
collaboratively with the Kakarra people to secure our Heritage Protection Agreement for Pinjin area and
beyond.
Lighthorse RC drilling returns highest grades to date
RC drilling recommenced at Pinjin in late July 2026. The Company completed 19 holes for 3,194 m
(average depth 168 m) at the Lighthorse prospect, 1–2 km northwest of Kirgella Gift and Providence (ASX:
KAL, 20/08/2026, Figure 2). The program was designed as systematic follow-up and comprised:
• infill and extensional drilling across the northern Lighthorse area, tightening drill spacing to
approximately 50 × 40 m over the most encouraging primary gold mineralisation intersected to
date;
• selective infill and extension drilling around the initial discovery section; and
• initial wide-spaced step-out testing further north along the north–south magnetometric conductivity
(MMC) anomaly defined by the Company’s 2025 Sub-Audio Magnetics (SAM) survey.

Significant gold intercepts were returned in nearly all holes, with thick zones of vein- and shear-hosted
mineralisation up to 27 m downhole thickness from shallow depths (ASX: KAL 02/09/2026). Hole
KGRC26036 returned the highest-grade 1 m interval recorded at Lighthorse to date of 19.70 g/t Au from
145 m, within a broader envelope of 22 m at 1.58 g/t Au from 145 m. The Company regards this as highly
Page 4

significant as it illustrates that the Lighthorse gold mineralising system has the capacity to generate high
grades within well-defined mineralised zones. This high-grade mineralisation is also open in all directions,
with new drilling following up on these results. Selected intercepts are shown in Table 1 and Figure 2.

Gold mineralisation styles and relationships are consistent with Archaean orogenic gold deposits. They
include alluvial gold in near-surface transported material, a second supergene gold blanket in the north,
and primary orogenic gold at depth associated with strong silica–sericite alteration, quartz(–pyrite–
chalcopyrite) veining and disseminated pyrite.
Two observations from the northern area are of particular interest. First, a second supergene blanket, 2 m
to 25 m thick, has been defined beneath 25–40 m of transported cover. It is spatially separate from the
blanket in the southern discovery area and is interpreted to be fed by the primary intercepts below it.
Second, several holes returned clusters of gold intercepts dispersed over broad down-hole widths (for
example, 54 m of mineralised intercepts each averaging 1.17 g/t Au between 39 m and 193 m in
KGRC26032). The Company considers that these clusters may represent the periphery of more significant
mineralisation. Whether this is the case will be determined by further drilling.
Kirgella Gift–Providence RC results extend gold mineralisation beyond the MRE
Assays were received and reported during the quarter for the 21-hole, 3,702 m RC program completed at
Kirgella Gift and Providence in the June 2026 quarter (ASX: KAL 04/08/2026, Figure 3). Laboratory
turnaround times had been extended by industry-wide demand. The program was designed to infill data
gaps, test down-dip and along-strike extensions, test the ~180 m “gap” between the two deposits, and test
a potential offset lode position about 100 m to the west.

Drilling intersected thick zones of shear-hosted gold mineralisation, with alteration, sulphides and veining
in intervals up to 38 m thick from shallow depths, and outlined zones of mineralisation extending beyond
the current MRE (Table 2):
• Central Kirgella Gift: holes KGRC26005–008 confirmed and extended known gold mineralisation.
KGRC26008 returned 28 m at 1.15 g/t Au from 20 m, which also served as an effective twin of a
neighbouring 1990s RC hole and supports the use of historic data in future resource updates.
• Southern Kirgella Gift: KGRC26009–011 expanded mineralisation beyond the MRE limits up-dip
of earlier EIS co-funded diamond holes (best result 10 m at 1.18 g/t Au from 52 m in KGRC26010).
These southern extensions are expected to be priority targets for future drilling.
• Providence: all deep down-dip extensional holes intersected gold mineralisation below the base of
the current MRE (225 mRL), including 7 m at 1.39 g/t Au from 160 m and 8 m at 1.07 g/t Au from
211 m in KGRC26018. Mineralisation remains open at depth.
• Northern and western areas: results north of the MRE were generally subdued and dislocated
from the main zone, suggesting faulting closes off gold mineralisation to the north. The two holes
testing a possible western offset lode returned limited anomalism, leaving open the possibility of
more substantial mineralisation at depth.
Results are being integrated with all available datasets to plan follow-up work and to underpin a future
MRE update.
LTZ Flexure first-pass aircore program completed
Aircore drilling was completed in mid-August 2026 (ASX: KAL 14/08/2026). The program tested, for the
first time, a distinct bend (“flexure”) in the LTZ approximately 3.5 km southeast of Kirgella Gift–Providence,
which hosts multiple structural and geophysical (including demagnetisation) targets defined by the
Company. Heritage clearance was obtained with a dedicated survey in cooperation with the Kakarra
people.
A total of 225 holes were drilled for 7,212 m (Figure 4). Average hole depth (32 m) was well below the pre-
program estimate, so total metres were materially lower than budget. Planned first-pass coverage was
achieved at approximately two-thirds of the originally anticipated cost. Drilling intersected intermediate,
mafic and ultramafic units in the west (similar to the host package at Lighthorse and Kirgella Gift) against
granitic gneiss, granite and amphibolite of the Rebecca Sequence in the east. Shearing, quartz veining
and several alteration styles were logged along the boundary between them. During access preparation,
previously undocumented outcrops of highly sheared granitic gneiss were also mapped, consistent with
the Company’s in-house structural interpretation.
Assay results were received and reported after quarter end (ASX: KAL 05/10/2026). As expected for a
shallow, first-pass program through 5–30 m of transported cover, individual assays were generally
subdued but were however very extensive. Applying a cumulative down-hole threshold of 20 ppb Au
(approximately ten times regional background) defines multiple coherent zones of gold-in-regolith
anomalism extending over several hundred metres, including a trend of up to 2 km of strike through the
northern half of the drill grid (Figure 4).
The anomalism broadly follows magnetic units interpreted from aeromagnetic data, and locally coincides
with interpreted fault offsets and zones of reduced magnetic response that may reflect demagnetisation
by mineralising fluids. These relationships may provide vectors towards primary gold mineralisation at
depth. Limited drilling of the Rebecca Sequence in the northeast of the grid returned low-level gold
anomalism with a possible gold–antimony association. The Rebecca Sequence hosts Ramelius
Resources’ Rebecca gold deposit about 16 km to the south.

Tenements granted at Pinjin
Several applications were granted at
Pinjin following implementation of the
Heritage Protection Agreement with the
Kakarra Aboriginal Corporation (KAC)
(Figure 5).
Several tenements along the southern
extension of the LTZ were granted during
the quarter (E28/3508, E28/3522, and
E28/3523).
Tenements P31/2201 and P31/2202 were
also granted. These are two small
licences around the Wessex prospect
near to the Anglo Saxon gold mine (see
Figure 5 – these licences are located
between the labels for P31/2102 and
P31/2168 and are not visible at this
resolution).
CENTRAL YANDAL GOLD PROJECT
The Central Yandal Gold Project,
acquired in the June 2026 quarter through
the Company’s low-cost approach of
pegging expiring ground, comprises 15
tenements covering 23.7 km² in the
central Yandal Greenstone Belt, along
strike from the historic Gourdis, and
Vause gold mines (ASX: KAL
25/06/2026). Over the past few months,
all tenements bar one have been granted.
On-ground work has yet to commence,
with initial reconnaissance work likely
once all tenure is granted.
Tenements granted at Central Yandal
Most tenements in the Central Yandal
Gold project have now been granted.
During the quarter, prospecting licences
P53/1750, P53/1751, P53/1752 and
P53/1753 were granted, meaning that all
such prospecting licences have been
granted. Only the small exploration
licence, E53/2382 remains pending.

BULONG TAURUS PROJECT
At the Bulong Taurus Project, 35 km east of Kalgoorlie-Boulder, execution of the Kakarra HPA is facilitating
heritage surveys and clearances for proposed work programs over the outcropping La Mascotte resource,
supporting the Company’s aim to accelerate on-ground work.
HERITAGE PROTECTION AGREEMENT WITH THE KAKARRA PEOPLE
On 19 August 2026, KalGold executed a comprehensive Heritage Protection Agreement (HPA) with the
Kakarra Aboriginal Corporation RNTBC (KAC) over Kakarra Country east of Kalgoorlie (ASX: KAL
19/08/2026). The HPA provides a framework to protect Kakarra heritage for future generations while
supporting KalGold’s exploration at the Pinjin and Bulong Taurus gold projects (Figure 6).
The new agreement supersedes an earlier, limited agreement over E28/3134. It was needed following the
Federal Court’s consent determination of Kakarra native title on 30 April 2025 and the subsequent
amalgamation of the Kakarra Part A and Part B claims under KAC. It now covers all tenements on which
KalGold is a registered holder, together with tenure at Bulong Taurus where the Company holds long-
standing gold rights by agreement. Newly granted tenements are included automatically.
The Company expects the HPA to support timely heritage surveys and drill clearances at Pinjin and Bulong
Taurus, including for work near the culturally significant Lake Yindarlgooda, and to streamline applications
for new exploration and prospecting licences.

COMPANY TOTAL GOLD RESOURCE
KalGold’s total JORC Code (2012) Inferred Mineral Resource remains at 214,300 ounces of gold (Table
3). KalGold’s low-cost gold resources are either outcropping or located within metres of surface. At both
Pinjin (Kirgella Gift, Providence) and Bulong Taurus (La Mascotte), overall gold grades exceed 1.0 g/t Au,
with both projects containing zones of higher-grade, near-surface gold mineralisation that may be
amenable to open pit mining.
Table 3 – KalGold total Mineral Resource statement. Bulong Taurus (La Mascotte) reported at a 0.6 g/t Au cut-off (7 March 2023); Pinjin (Kirgella
Gift and Providence) reported at a 0.5 g/t Au cut-off (25 July 2024). Totals may not sum due to rounding. The Company confirms that the material
assumptions and technical parameters underpinning the estimates continue to apply and have not materially changed.
