Highlights:
Pinjin Gold Project – Laverton Tectonic Zone (LTZ), 140 km ENE of Kalgoorlie
• RC drilling program completed at Kirgella Gift and Providence:
– 21 reverse circulation (RC) holes for 3,702 m completed, targeting extensions to known gold
mineralisation, the ground between the two deposits, and potential strike growth to the north.
– Several holes extended after intersecting favourable lithologies and alteration.
– Assays are pending, with longer than anticipated laboratory turnaround time.
• New greenfields exploration front at the LTZ Flexure target:
– Extensive first-pass aircore program of up to 225 holes for 10,750 m planned across 12 drill
lines, ~3.5 km southeast of Kirgella Gift–Providence.
– Heritage clearance secured in cooperation with the Kakarra people, enabling drilling of the
previously untested "flexure" hosting a series of gold targets in the Laverton Tectonic Zone.
• RC drilling at Lighthorse and diamond drilling beneath Kirgella Gift–Providence scheduled for the
September 2026 quarter, maintaining a steady stream of catalysts.
Corporate and Growth
• New Central Yandal Gold Project acquired, comprising a package of 15 tenements (23.7 km²) in
the prolific Yandal Greenstone Belt, along strike southeast of the historic Gourdis and Vause gold
mines and within the district hosting the major Jundee and Bronzewing gold mines.
• Ground secured through a disciplined, low-cost strategy of monitoring and pegging expiring tenure,
enabling a strategic foothold in a world-class gold province without a material price tag.
• Total JORC Code (2012) Inferred Mineral Resource base maintained at 214,300 ounces of gold.
• Balance sheet remains sound with cash and no debt; multiple funded programs underway.
In his summary of the quarter, KalGold Managing Director Matt Painter said:
"The June 2026 quarter has been exceptionally busy as we embarked on our largest-ever RC drilling
program, starting at Kirgella Gift and Providence before moving to Lighthorse soon. Several holes
were pushed deeper than planned as we encountered encouraging lithologies and alteration. Those
samples are now with the laboratory, and we look forward to reporting assay results as soon as they
become available.
With Heritage clearance secured in cooperation with the Kakarra people, we are pleased to have
brought forward a substantial first-pass aircore program over the LTZ Flexure area, defined by a
previously untested bend in the Laverton Tectonic Zone. The area hosts multiple structural and
geophysical gold targets that will be drill tested for the first time. This approach is exactly the kind of
low-cost, high-leverage reconnaissance that led us to the Lighthorse discovery.
Page 2
QuarterlyOperationsReport,June2026
We also took advantage of a disciplined, low-cost opportunity to establish an entirely new exploration
front, acquiring the Central Yandal project in one of Western Australia's most richly endowed gold
belts. Pinjin is our primary focus and, in our view, remains significantly under-explored for a gold belt
that already hosts several multi-million-ounce gold deposits. With assays pending and further drilling
scheduled, we head into the new quarter with a full pipeline of catalysts."
PINJIN GOLD PROJECT
The Pinjin Gold Project is KalGold's flagship exploration asset, located approximately 140 km northeast of
Kalgoorlie-Boulder (Figure 1) and covering a substantial portion of the southern Laverton Tectonic Zone
(LTZ), a crustal-scale shear corridor responsible for over 30 million ounces of gold production from world-
class operations such as Sunrise Dam, Granny Smith and Wallaby. KalGold's tenure sits approximately
20–25 km north of Ramelius Resources' Rebecca Gold Project.
The project hosts a JORC Code (2012) Inferred Mineral Resource of 2.34 Mt @ 1.0 g/t Au for 76,400 oz
at a 0.5 g/t gold cut-off at the Kirgella Gift and Providence deposits, from only 3 m depth. During the quarter
the Company advanced multiple exploration fronts in parallel, completing an extensive RC program,
bringing forward first-pass aircore drilling at a new greenfields series of targets, and preparing for deeper
diamond drilling and a return to Lighthorse.

approximately 25 km north of Ramelius Resources’ (ASX: RMS) Rebecca Gold Project. Also shown are KalGold’s JORC
Code (2012) Inferred Mineral Resources, the outcropping La Mascotte deposit 35 km east of Kalgoorlie, and the Kirgella
Gift and Providence deposits from only 3m depth at Pinjin. Projection: MGA 94 Zone 51.

RC drilling completed at Kirgella Gift and Providence
During the quarter, KalGold completed the reverse circulation (RC) drilling program at the Kirgella Gift and
Providence gold deposits (Figure 2). The campaign comprised 21 RC holes for a total of 3,702 m and
was designed to test extensions to known gold mineralisation, investigate the ground between the two
deposits, and assess potential strike growth to the north of Kirgella Gift.
The program aimed to fill data gaps and extend mineralisation up and down-dip to provide greater certainty
around the distribution of gold mineralisation ahead of a future resource update. Encouragingly, several
holes were extended beyond their planned depth after intersecting favourable lithologies and alteration.
All samples have been submitted to laboratories in Kalgoorlie and assay results are pending at the time
of writing of this report.

imagery. New collars (RC, black inverted triangles, assays pending) and proposed diamond collars (black circles) targeting
gold mineralising extensions, the inter-deposit gap area and northern strike growth. Collar positions and gold content is also
shown for historic drilling. Projection: MGA 94 Zone 51
Page 4

The Company looks forward to reporting these results, which are expected to indicate whether the latest
drilling has extended the Kirgella Gift–Providence system and will help inform the design of subsequent
infill and extensional programs.
New greenfields target: LTZ Flexure aircore program
With the Kirgella-Providence RC campaign complete, the Company brought forward an extensive first-
pass aircore program at the LTZ Flexure series of targets (Figure 3). This a previously untested section of
the LTZ located approximately 3.5 km southeast of Kirgella Gift and Providence. The target lies within a
distinct bend, or "flexure", in the regional structure, which management considers geologically significant
as such flexures can focus and localise gold mineralisation. The area hosts multiple structural and
geophysical (including demagnetisation) drill targets defined by the Company.
Figure 3 – The current aircore program over publicly available aeromagnetic imagery relative to other drill programs at Pinjin.
Aircore drilling at the LTZ Flexure target area comprises widely-spaced holes on a nominal 320 x 80 m pattern. The image
highlights the distinct change in strike from northwest-trending units in the north, to north–south trending in the south. The
program aims to detect near-surface anomalism for subsequent RC follow-up. Projection: MGA 94 Zone 51.

Exploration pipeline and next steps
KalGold continues to advance resource expansion, depth extensions and greenfield discovery drilling in
parallel across the Pinjin Project. Following the completed RC program and the upcoming aircore
campaign, the forward program includes:
• Assay results from the completed Kirgella Gift–Providence RC program, which remain pending and
are expected to be a key near-term catalyst.
• A return of RC drilling to Lighthorse, where a discovery hole delivered 17 m at 4.81 g/t Au (including
4 m at 16.95 g/t Au) and follow-up drilling has traced mineralisation over 1.45 km of strike. This
includes fully testing the SAM conductivity ridge in the north which, to date, has intercepted primary
orogenic gold mineralisation in each hole drilled.
• Diamond drilling beneath Kirgella Gift–Providence to test the depth extensions of primary gold
mineralisation confirmed by earlier diamond drilling below the shallow resource. Confirmation of deep-
seated primary gold mineralisation would support expansion of the Mineral Resource Estimate.
Additional programs
In addition to these programs, plans are being drawn up to further systematically test the Rebecca
sequence of high-grade metamorphic rocks several kilometres east of Kirgella Gift. Multiple aircore drilling
programs are in planning to the north and northeast of the current LTZ Flexure program that aim to test
what appears to be the correlative strike extensions of the host rocks to Ramelius Resources’ (ASX: RMS)
Rebecca gold deposit which is in development around 16 km to the south of the area. These areas have
not previously been systematically drill tested.
Upon receipt of all assays from the ongoing LTZ Flexure aircore drilling program, any anomalism detected
by the program will require follow-up drill testing. RC programs for any gold anomalism detected will
comprise higher density drilling that will aim to confirm and define the extent of primary gold mineralisation
in the area should it exist. We would expect that such drilling will be a priority for the Company that will be
implemented as soon as possible following receipt of the aircore program assay results.
CENTRAL YANDAL GOLD PROJECT (NEW)
During the quarter, KalGold acquired a new project in one of Western Australia's most productive gold
corridors. The Central Yandal Gold Project comprises a package of 15 tenements covering 23.7 km²
in highly prospective ground in the heart of the central Yandal Greenstone Belt, sitting along strike and
immediately southeast of the historic Gourdis and Vause gold mines (Figure 4).
The significance of the acquisition lies in its address. The Yandal Belt hosts major gold endowments
including Northern Star Resources' Jundee gold mining centre (~10 million ounces)1,2
approximately 37
km to the north, and the Bronzewing gold mine (~4 million ounces historically produced)34
approximately
75 km to the south. The north-western corner of the new tenement block lies just ~1.5 km from the historic

Vause laterite open-pit workings (Figure 5), and the acreage sits ~5.7 km north of Northern Star's operating
Ramone underground mine.
The tenure was secured through KalGold's disciplined, low-cost approach of monitoring and pegging
expiring ground, giving the Company a strategic foothold in a world-class gold province without a material
price tag. The ground is considered significantly under-explored: historical records indicate only minimal,
shallow drilling (approximately 110 drill holes between 1998 and 2025, comprising aircore, rotary air blast
and a single RC hole), with four of the acquired tenements having no recorded drilling at all (Figure 5).
Figure 4 – Location of KalGold’s new Central Yandal Gold Project at the heart of the northern part
of the Yandal Belt. The project is accessible by the Goldfields Hwy and the Wongawol Road.
Project tenure is along strike from the giant Jundee-Nimary gold mine and further surrounded by
additional active (Ramone) and defunct gold mines (Gourdis, Vause, Julius) of various
mineralisation styles. Projection: GDA94 Zone 51.
Page 7
QuarterlyOperationsReport,June2026
While the Central Yandal project presents a compelling greenfields opportunity, the Company emphasises
that the flagship Pinjin Gold Project remains its primary focus. Central Yandal is regarded as a
complementary, high-upside addition that broadens KalGold's portfolio across Western Australia's tier-one
Eastern Goldfields province.
Figure 5 – Historic drill-hole coverage within the Central Yandal Gold Project tenure, compared with adjacent ground along
strike. Note the relative lack of drilling in the project area, particularly across the long-standing tenement boundary in the
northwest adjacent to the Vause deposit. Projection: GDA94 Zone 51
OTHER PROJECTS
Reassessment of the La Mascotte gold deposit (Bulong Taurus Project) continued during the quarter.
While recent interrogation and reassessment of historic datasets is unlikely to result in a new resource
estimate in the short term, it continues to highlight target areas for efficient and effective drilling in future
programs that would facilitate expansion and upgrading of the Mineral Resource Estimate.
Productive discussions with Traditional Owners continued to advance, supporting the Company's aim to
accelerate on-ground work at Bulong and Taurus.
Other projects continue to be assessed, with new applications continuing to be processed around the
Pinjin Project area and in other prospective areas.
Page 8
QuarterlyOperationsReport,June2026
COMPANY TOTAL GOLD RESOURCE
KalGold’s total JORC Code (2012) Inferred Mineral Resource base remains at 214,300 ounces of gold
(Table 2). KalGold’s low-cost gold resources are either outcropping or located within metres of
surface. At both Pinjin (Kirgella Gift, Providence) and Bulong Taurus (La Mascotte) (Figure 1), overall gold
grades exceed 1.0 g/t Au, with both projects containing zones of higher-grade, near-surface gold
mineralisation that may be amenable to open pit mining.
Table 1 – KalGold Total Mineral Resource statement. Bulong Taurus (La Mascotte) reported at a 0.6 g/t gold cut-
off (7 March 2023), and the Pinjin (Kirgella Gift and Providence) reported at a 0.5 g/t gold cut off (25 July
2024). Totals may not sum due to rounding. The Company confirms that the material assumptions and
technical parameters underpinning the JORC Code (2012) Inferred Mineral Resources Estimates continue to
apply and have not materially changed.
